This session will provide a collaborative space for professionals to share and reflect on their current health and safety programs\, exploring what components are in place and how they are being put into practice. \nGuided by Advisors\, participants will discuss whether existing programs are effectively addressing workplace hazards and identify gaps or emerging issues. Through facilitated discussions and peer exchange\, we will explore common challenges\, practical solutions\, and opportunities to strengthen health and safety programs across the sector. \nAt the end of the session\, we’ll reconvene to share key themes and takeaways\, and discuss next steps for continued collaboration and improvement in the sector.
