DESCRIPTION:Join us for an engaging Community of Practice meeting focused on Musculoskeletal Injury (MSI) prevention in the social services sector. This session will provide a collaborative space for professionals to share and reflect on their current approaches to identifying and managing MSI risks. \nGuided by CSSHSA Advisors\, participants will explore what MSI prevention looks like within their organizations\, discuss the types of MSI injuries most commonly reported\, and consider the role fatigue plays in overexertion and injury. Through facilitated discussions and peer exchange\, we will identify common challenges\, share practical solutions\, and uncover emerging trends related to MSI. \nAt the end of the session\, we’ll reconvene to share key themes and takeaways\, and discuss next steps for continued collaboration and improvement in MSI prevention across the sector.
