Wellness Exchange – Every Friday, September 12 – October 10

Welcome to the CSSHSA Wellness Exchange Program, a unique and innovative initiative delivered specifically for employees in the Social Services sector in British Columbia. This program provides a supportive space where participants can learn practical strategies to enhance their mental well-being, resilience, and communication skills. Over five weekly one-hour workshops, employees will gain valuable tools to improve their coping abilities, foster healthier relationships, and build long-lasting resilience in both personal and professional settings.

- September 12th: Problem Solving Skills – Learn effective strategies to tackle challenges and find solutions.
- September 19th: Positive Activities – Discover activities that promote positive thinking and enhance mental well-being.
- September 26th: Managing Reactions – Develop skills to manage emotional responses and stay calm under pressure.
- October 3rd: Helpful Thinking – Cultivate a mindset that fosters positive and constructive thinking patterns.
- October 10th: Healthy Connections – Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships in the workplace and beyond.
