Tigran Bajgoric
Chief Executive Officer
Tigran brings extensive senior management, healthcare, and occupational health and safety experience to the role. He has a comprehensive background in organizational health and safety culture, significant experience leading complex provincial projects, and management of multi-disciplinary teams.
He is passionate about growth mindset, collaborative leadership, and helping organization achieve optimal health, safety and wellness culture.
In his spare time, he loves coaching fencing, spending time with his family, and traveling around BC and beyond.

Ana Lucia Mateus
Executive Coordinator
Ana Lucia has more than 20 years of experience supporting senior level executives by coordinating, planning, and supporting daily operational and administrative functions; and 11 years of experience as a Paralegal.
Her work as an Executive Assistant/Coordinator and Paralegal has given her exposure to many different business sectors including Legal, Local Government, Health Authority, and Social Services. She has a strong, optimistic attitude towards life, people and career.

Suncha Satney
Workplace Psychological Health and Safety Consultant
Suncha is passionate about guiding organizations in creating environments where people feel their best and do their best work. As a Registered Clinical Counselor with a Master’s in Behavioral Sciences and a former teacher, Suncha utilizes her background in education and clinical practice to develop dynamic workshops and webinars. These programs inspire and guide both employees and employers to actively contribute to creating psychologically safe environments and to take steps toward their mental wellness.
With many years of experience in Community Social Services as a frontline worker and mental health provider, she brings awareness, education, and strategies to support workplace mental health within the sector. Suncha enjoys exploring ways employers can increase employee engagement and satisfaction through the lens of psychological safety. Her most recent workshop focused on how employers can create a culture of recognition in their workplaces.

Therese Barrozo
Engagement and Wellness Coordinator
Therese is an experienced social services worker with five years in the non-profit sector. She has a strong background in community engagement and program development. As a support worker, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing programs, including health and safety initiatives that promote safe working conditions to ensure high-quality services are continuously provided. Her passion is to provide tools and resources to empower individuals and the community. With a commitment to improving working conditions in the sector, she is looking forward to collaborating with various partner organizations to create safer and more supportive environments for both employees and the population being served.

Jackie Lee
Occupational Health and Safety Advisor
Jackie started out working in various industries such as retail and warehousing. In June 2014, he completed the certificate program in Occupational Health and Safety at Red River College. Jackie was hired out
of school and began his health and safety career with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority.
In July 2018, Jackie moved to British Columbia where he worked in retail, fuel, transportation, and residential care prior to joining the CSSHSA.
Jackie has extensive experience with conducting incident investigations, job hazard analysis, risk assessments, creating safe work procedures and COR
auditing.
Jackie is focused on reducing injuries through prevention tactics such as education, training, and informational posters.

Ege Cosgun
Project Coordinator
Ege is a Project Coordinator with a background in civil engineering and a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management. He brings experience in project coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication across both public and private sectors.
Ege is passionate about using project management to support safer, more inclusive, and community-focused environments. He has contributed to the successful delivery of various infrastructure and community-based projects by supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining a strong focus on timelines, quality, and collaboration. His approach blends technical
knowledge with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Outside of work, Ege is a dedicated fencing coach and enjoys hiking and traveling.
These hobbies reflect his passion for growth, discipline, and learning from different perspectives both professionally and personally.

Lusine Grigoryan
Education and Training Coordinator
Lusine is a dedicated educator with a strong background in course design and implementation. As Education and Training Coordinator, she supports
the development and delivery of training programs across the organization. With a Master of Arts in Teaching and hands-on experience using learning
management systems (LMS), Lusine is passionate about integrating technology to improve access, efficiency, and learner engagement.
She is experienced in coordinating projects and supporting day-to-day operations. With a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude toward working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, Lusine is excited to contribute to the health and safety sector by streamlining training processes and enhancing operational support.
Lusine lived and taught English in China for 5 years, an experience that deepened her appreciation for cross-cultural communication and diverse learning environments. She enjoys painting, photography, and graphic design. She values a healthy lifestyle and enjoys yoga, hiking and swimming.

Savanna Rutkowski
Occupational Health and Safety Advisor
Savanna is an experienced Safety Advisor with a diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from BCIT who is passionate about creating safer and healthier work environments. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive experience in training and instruction, supported by her education in the Provincial Instructor Diploma Program. She facilitates engaging learning experiences that empower people to take a proactive approach to workplace safety and well-being. With a background in community social services, she is committed to supporting organizations by developing practical safety programs, resources, and training that align with both regulatory requirements and the unique needs of the sector. She takes a collaborative approach to workplace safety focusing on education and best practices that foster a positive safety culture and promote the well-being of every employee.
