This awareness-level course is designed to help front-line workers, supervisors, and management understand the risks associated with musculoskeletal injuries (MSIs) and how to prevent them. Through interactive modules and real-world examples, learners will gain practical strategies to reduce the risk of sprain/strain injuries, improve body mechanics and posture, and create safer work environments.
