Overview

Incident Investigation course provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively investigate workplace incidents. It covers key concepts such as identifying contributing factors, root causes, collecting evidence, conducting interviews, and developing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence of injury.

This course is offered in two formats: a self-paced online option through the CSSHSA Learning Centre and a more in-depth classroom experience.
