Call for Nominations: Board of Directors
The CSSHSA Board of Directors (the “Board”) is a representative governance body composed of employer and worker voices from across BC’s community social services sector. Our structure demonstrates a deliberate commitment to balanced representation that reflects the diversity and complexity of the sector and brings forward a wide range of knowledge, lived experience, and perspective.

The work of the Board is grounded in the organization’s core values (Reconciliation, engagement, prevention, and equity diversity & inclusion). We understand that our commitments to Reconciliation and equity, diversity, and inclusion are not standalone priorities, but threads woven throughout all aspects of our work.

We honour Indigenous ways of knowing, being and leading, and strive to weave these principles into our organizational culture and practices. We welcome and encourage expressions of interest from First Nations, Metis, and Inuit persons.
